School-Based Physical Therapist - Methuen, MA

Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1 year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications

• Hold an active Physical Therapy license in Massachusetts
• Additional Massachusetts educational certifications may be required
• Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Commitment to working exclusively onsite
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  
  

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality physical therapy services to students in accordance with IEP/504 plans and school policies
• Evaluate student needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other school professionals to support student progress
• Maintain accurate records, session notes, and comply with confidentiality standards
• Participate in meetings with educational staff as needed
