School-Based Physical Therapist - Harrisburg, PA

Key Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT), with valid credentials for school-based practice
• Prior experience working in schools strongly preferred
• Adaptability and a strong sense of teamwork for floating role district-wide
• Familiarity with diverse K-12 populations and educational settings
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with staff, parents, and administrators
• Skilful time management and ability to prioritize student needs across campuses

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct physical therapy services to students as outlined in their individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with the existing district PT to assess, plan, implement, and track therapy interventions
• Serve K-12 caseloads within a supportive, multidisciplinary educational environment
• Rotate between campuses as assigned, ensuring comprehensive coverage and support across the district
• Participate in IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and consultation with faculty and families
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation per school and regulatory requirements
