Retail Staff Pharmacist | Grand Rapids, Minnesota

Responsibilities

• Manage dispensing and verification of prescriptions in a retail setting
• Provide pharmaceutical care services to long-term care facilities
• Collaborate with healthcare providers for optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations
• Educate patients on medication use and immunizations
• Participate in rotating weekend shifts as needed
• Work a Monday through Friday schedule, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
  
  

Qualifications

• Licensed Pharmacist in the state of Minnesota
• PharmD degree or Medication Therapy Management (MTM) certification preferred
• Current Immunization and CPR certifications
• Prior experience in retail and long-term care pharmacy settings is highly desirable
