Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Valid Minnesota pharmacist license required
• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Medication Therapy Management (MTM) certification preferred
• Immunization certification and CPR certification required
• Proven experience in retail pharmacy and long-term care preferred
