Location:
- Ogdensburg, NY
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Sunday: Closed
- Register with the state board of pharmacy as the supervising pharmacist or pharmacist in charge.
- Ensure the pharmacy complies with all federal, state, and board of pharmacy regulations, as well as company policies.
- Manage all pharmacy operations, including budget, payroll, third-party administration, staff scheduling, and inventory to meet financial goals.
- Participate in business development within the store and local community.
- Lead and evaluate pharmacy support personnel, providing guidance and accountability for regulatory and policy adherence.
- Oversee completion of all required training for pharmacy team members.
- Deliver patient-centered services such as immunizations, medication therapy management (MTM), and wellness programs.
- Advise patients and healthcare providers on medication usage, dosages, interactions, side effects, and monitor therapy effectiveness.
- Maintain continuous quality improvement initiatives to ensure patient safety.
- Keep the pharmacy department organized and compliant with legal and company standards.
- Pursue continuing education as required by state law.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
- Valid New York State Pharmacy License.
- Immunization Certification with confidence in administering all vaccines.
- Recent experience in Pharmacy Manager role is preferred.
