Schedule
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM 3:00 PM
- Sundays: Closed
- Serve as the supervising pharmacist and maintain registration with the state board of pharmacy.
- Ensure the pharmacy operates in compliance with federal, state, board regulations, and company policies.
- Manage the pharmacy's financial performance, including budgeting, payroll, scheduling, inventory, and third-party administration.
- Lead pharmacy staff through training, performance management, and accountability.
- Promote patient-centered services such as immunizations, medication therapy management (MTM), and wellness programs.
- Counsel patients and healthcare providers concerning medication use, potential interactions, and side effects.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety.
- Maintain an organized and compliant work environment.
- Complete required continuing education and other duties assigned by management.
- Valid New York State Pharmacist License
- Immunization Certification with comfort administering all vaccines (required)
- Recent experience as a Pharmacy Manager is preferred
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to provide exemplary patient care within the pharmacists scope of practice
