Qualifications & Desired Experience
- Licensed pharmacist in Illinois with a clean professional record (no disciplinary actions)
- Strong background in retail pharmacy practice
- Experience working with underserved patient populations highly preferred
- Familiarity with Rx30 pharmacy system is an advantage
- Ability to work effectively with pharmacy technician support staff
- Des Plaines, IL, with awareness of commute considerations to the Southside of Chicago where the pharmacy is located
- Dispense medications accurately and efficiently
- Counsel patients on medication usage and safety
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations
