Responsibilities
- Conduct psychoeducational assessments and provide teletherapy services to students in compliance with special education guidelines.
- Collaborate with special education coordinators and multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Support a caseload primarily based at one site, with potential occasional split assignments between elementary schools.
- Participate in professional development opportunities, including paid PD days, to maintain and enhance skills.
- Utilize telehealth platforms to deliver psychological services effectively to students across multiple grade levels.
- Current School Psychologist license; assistance provided for license transfer to Delaware or for candidates with license pending.
- Experience delivering teletherapy or telehealth services within a school setting.
- Familiarity with assessments and interventions spanning preschool through high school, including specialized programs.
- Ability to manage testing-heavy caseloads, particularly in elementary education environments.
- Strong communication skills to engage in meet-and-greet style interviews with hiring directors.
