Registered Nurse School Setting - Tualatin, OR

A Registered Nurse is sought for the 2025-2026 school year to provide dedicated nursing care in an educational setting located in Tualatin, OR. This contract-to-hire opportunity involves a 1:1 assignment with a first-grade student, ensuring the student receives personalized health support throughout the school day.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to a first-grade student in a 1:1 setting.
• Monitor and manage the students health needs, medications, and medical equipment.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized health plans.
• Respond promptly to health-related concerns and emergencies within the school environment.
• Maintain accurate and confidential health records in compliance with school policies and healthcare regulations.
  
  

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oregon.
• Previous experience working in school nursing or pediatric settings preferred.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, families, and school staff.
• Ability to work independently and provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
