A full-time Registered Nurse position is available in Newark, NJ, providing onsite care in a school setting. This role involves working directly with a male 7th-grade student in need of specialized nursing support, including asthma management, seizure care, and assistance with medical needs such as G-tube feedings and catheter care. The position requires commitment during school hours, from 8:45 am to 2:00 pm, totaling 30-32 hours per week. The contract extends through June 22, 2026, with the opportunity to support the student's health and well-being in an educational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one nursing care to a 7th-grade student
• Manage asthma care and administer medication as needed
• Perform G-tube feedings, catheter care, toileting, and assist with diapering
• Provide seizure care and respond appropriately to any medical incidents

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Experience working in school nursing or pediatric care environments
