- Provide specialized nursing care to a preschool student with high medical needs, including monitoring seizures and managing an NG tube.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established care plans.
- Collaborate closely with school staff and family to ensure student safety and well-being.
- Possibly accompany the student on the bus to and from school as needed.
- Maintain accurate health records and communicate any changes in the students condition promptly.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license preferred; Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) candidates may be considered.
- Experience in school nursing or pediatric care with complex medical conditions.
- Ability to work independently and handle emergency situations calmly.
- Certification in seizure management and feeding tube care is highly desirable.
