Schedule
- Four 10-hour shifts weekly
- Active RN license with at least 2 years of relevant clinical experience in an Operating Room
- Willingness to consider first-time travelers who meet experience requirements
- Preferred background: minimum 2 years in a non-travel RN OR role prior to travel
- Valid BLS and ACLS certifications
- Expertise with robotic-assisted surgeries is essential
- Strong circulating skills across core specialties: General, GYN, Urology, and Vascular
- Experience or comfort with a diverse patient population, including GYN, Urology, Vascular, Ortho, Podiatry, ENT, and Robotics; Pediatric Dental experience is a plus, though not required
- Provide circulating RN duties for a range of elective and emergent surgical procedures in a six-room OR suite
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal surgical outcomes and patient safety
- Maintain compliance with safety protocols including decontamination and sterilization practices in collaboration with Central Sterile
- Deliver individualized 1:1 care to patients, ensuring their clinical needs and comfort are met throughout surgical procedures
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in robotic procedures and technology
- Document patient care accurately in accordance with hospital standards
- Work in an established OR setting with advanced equipment and procedures
- Gain valuable experience assisting with a broad range of specialties and robotics
