Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Certification and minimum 2 years Surgical Tech / Operating Room Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications And Experience

• Experience in the operating room as a Registered Nurse (ORT) or Surgical Technologist
• Certification as a Surgical Technologist is welcome but not required
• Familiarity with sterile technique, instrumentation, and safety protocols in the OR
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills, adapting quickly to dynamic surgical environments
• Current license or eligibility to practice as required for nursing roles
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the surgical team before, during, and after procedures, ensuring patient safety and efficient workflow
• Prepare instruments, equipment, and supplies according to the requirements of each case
• Maintain strict aseptic technique and adhere to infection control policies
• Monitor and document patient responses and equipment usage as needed
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other staff to support positive patient outcomes
