Key Responsibilities
- Administer radiation therapy treatments, including 2D, 3D, IMRT, SBRT, and SRS modalities, using Varian TrueBeam linear accelerators
- Collaborate with oncology team members to develop and implement individualized patient treatment plans
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of treatment courses and patient progress in ARIA
- Educate patients on radiation therapy procedures, addressing concerns to ensure comfort and compliance
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards to deliver optimal patient outcomes
- Ability to obtain an unencumbered Oregon Board of Medical Imaging (OBMI) license in Radiation Therapy
- Current ARRT R.T.(T) credential is required
- Minimum one year of experience as a staff radiation therapist is preferred
- Certification in Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) required
