Radiation Therapist in Levittown, PA

A healthcare role is available for a skilled Radiation Therapist to provide expert radiation therapy treatments. This position offers the opportunity to work within a renowned health system, supporting cancer care through advanced radiation techniques.

Location: Levittown, PA Conveniently situated with easy access to major transportation routes, Levittown offers a suburban community atmosphere with nearby shopping and dining options. The assigned locations may vary between multiple hospital campuses, so candidates should be flexible in commuting.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• 8-hour shifts starting as early as 6 AM and available until 5-6 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver radiation therapy treatments according to prescribed plans
• Utilize equipment including Proton therapy, CT simulators, and SIMS
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and comfort
• Maintain accurate treatment records and adhere to regulatory standards
• Participate in ongoing training paired with experienced Radiation Therapists
  
  

Qualifications & Desired Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Radiation Therapy preferred
• Radiation Therapy certification required
• ARRT certification mandatory
• Experience with Proton therapy or CT/SIMS technology is a strong plus
• Ability to work across multiple hospital locations within the health system
