- Deliver high-quality radiation therapy treatments to patients using Varian Linac IX equipment.
- Manage treatment plans for various cancer diagnoses with precision and empathy.
- Collaborate closely with a team of three radiation therapists per shift, supporting both inpatient and outpatient care.
- Utilize EMR systems, primarily EPIC and Aria, to maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Participate in department-led orientation/training and comply with facility protocols.
- Maintain communication and coordination with leadership and may float to sister facilities within a one-hour travel radius when needed.
- Valid ARRT-TS certification required.
- BLS certification mandatory.
- Demonstrated proficiency working with the Varian Linac IX system.
- Comfortable managing an inpatient population.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience as a Radiation Therapist.
- Willingness to support a family-oriented, engaged, and collaborative team culture.
- Variable 8-hour shifts between 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- No weekend rotation, holiday expectations, or call requirements.
- Shift times require manager approval.
