Responsibilities
- Operate and troubleshoot radiation therapy equipment and related technology with precision and safety.
- Utilize Radiation Oncology Information Systems, including ARIA, EPIC, Align RT, and GE Discover, to coordinate and document patient treatments.
- Communicate effectively with physicians, staff, patients, and families to convey treatment plans and address concerns.
- Manage sensitive patient information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Adapt to shifting priorities and interruptions while maintaining focus on patient-centered care.
- Demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills to ensure efficient treatment delivery.
- Proven experience and technical proficiency in radiation therapy equipment and procedures.
- Knowledge of Radiation Oncology Information Systems and hospital integration software.
