Qualifications
- Current certification as a Radiation Therapist (ARRT or equivalent)
- Completion of an accredited Radiation Therapy program
- Previous experience in a clinical radiation oncology environment preferred
- Proficiency with linear accelerators and simulation equipment
- Strong understanding of safety precautions around radiation
- Excellent patient-centered communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to function collaboratively in a multidisciplinary care team
- Demonstrated organizational and time management abilities
- Administer prescribed radiation therapy treatments, accurately following physician protocols
