- Valid California Pharmacist license
- PGY1 residency completion or a minimum of one year of experience in inpatient or infusion pharmacy settings
- Full-time availability to provide consistent coverage throughout the assignment
- Ensure accurate preparation and dispensing of infusion medications in accordance with prescribed orders
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient medication therapy
- Maintain compliance with all health system policies, state and federal regulations
- Monitor patient responses to infusion therapies and document accordingly
- Support the infusion center pharmacy team in daily operational functions
