Pharmacy Technician - Kinston, NC

Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and 1 years Pharmacy Technician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity is for a Pharmacy Technician position based in Snow Hill, NC, at a Federally Qualified Health Center. The assignment is a contract role covering a maternity leave for approximately 13 weeks, starting in late May. The schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 6 pm, with a one-hour lunch break.

Responsibilities Include

• Accurately dispensing medications to patients
• Managing pharmacy inventory to ensure proper stock levels
• Processing insurance claims and related documentation
• Providing excellent customer service to patients and healthcare staff
• Offering consults as needed to support patient care
  
  

Ideal Candidates Will Have

• A valid North Carolina Pharmacy Technician license
• At least 1 year of experience as a pharmacy technician, preferably in a clinical setting
