Pharmacy Technician in Walpole, MA

Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and 1 years Pharmacy Technician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A pharmacy technician opportunity is available to support a long-term care and intellectual developmental disorder (IDD) pharmacy recently transitioning to a new system framework. This contract role focuses on expediting order fulfillment and production to help stabilize operations.

Location:

Schedule/Hours

• Monday through Friday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (flexibility to work opening or closing shifts required)
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (weekend availability preferred)
  
  

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry, order fulfillment, production tasks, and tote packing as needed to manage workflow
• Assist in pushing pharmacy volume through efficiently during a high-demand period
• Adapt quickly to the Frameworks system recently implemented at the site
• Collaborate with pharmacy staff to help meet urgent operational needs
  
  

Qualifications

• Massachusetts Pharmacy Technician license required and must be current
• Prefer experience in long-term care pharmacies; retail pharmacy technician experience will also be considered
• Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including some weekends
  
  

Contract Details

• Immediate start preferred
• Duration approximately 4 to 6 weeks until workflow stabilizes
