Schedule

• Variable schedule including day and mid shifts
• Two closing shifts per week (operating hours 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM)
  
  

Responsibilities

• Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls with patients and healthcare providers
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing patient and physician inquiries promptly and professionally
• Accurately enter data and prepare prescriptions to support smooth pharmacy operations
• Maintain thorough and precise records of patients, physicians, and prescriptions
• Identify and report adverse events according to established protocols
  
  

Qualifications And Desired Experience

• Clear and active Pharmacy Technician license in New Jersey
• Minimum of 1 year Pharmacy Technician experience; mail order or closed-door pharmacy experience preferred
• Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to handle a high volume of communications proficiently
• Preference for candidates with stable work history and minimal job changes in recent years
  
  

Pharmacy Software Experience

• Familiarity with Prime Rx preferred
