Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and 1 years Pharmacy Technician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An inpatient Pharmacy Technician position is available in Waukesha, WI, supporting medication management within a hospital setting. This contract opportunity offers a 13-week assignment starting mid-April with a dynamic work schedule including days, evenings, and rotating weekends.

Responsibilities

• Dispense and deliver medications accurately and efficiently to inpatient units
• Operate and manage pharmacy automation systems to ensure timely medication distribution
• Collaborate with pharmacy and clinical staff to support patient care needs
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and pharmacy regulations
  
  

Qualifications/Desired Experience

• Valid Wisconsin Pharmacy Technician license in-hand is required
• Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) certification is highly preferred
• Experience with inpatient pharmacy operations and automation systems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work flexibly across varying shifts
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
