Pharmacy Tech | Mckinney, Texas

This opportunity is for a Pharmacy Technician to work in an integrated pharmacy setting within a behavioral health hospital. The role is contract-to-hire, full-time, and based locally with no travel required.

Schedule

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
  
  

Responsibilities

• Dispense behavioral health medications in a closed-door pharmacy environment
• Manage a script count of approximately 350-400 prescriptions per day
• Operate pharmacy software (Enterprise RX) training will be provided if needed
• Maintain compliance with pharmacy policies and procedures while working closely with contracted clinical staff
  
  

Qualifications

• Texas Pharmacy Technician License, required
• Minimum of 1 year pharmacy technician experience; 2 years preferred
• Retail pharmacy experience is highly valued
• Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume pharmacy environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
