The role focuses on facilitating patient access to specialized therapies while ensuring accuracy and efficiency within the pharmacy operations.Responsibilities:Manage a significant volume of inbound and outbound calls, assisting patients and healthcare providers with prescription orders.Deliver excellent customer service to patients and physicians, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.Accurately enter data and maintain detailed patient, physician, and prescription records.Monitor and report adverse events following established standard operating procedures.Collaborate with the Pharmacy team to support various operational activities as needed.Qualifications:Active and clear Pharmacy Technician license in New Jersey.Minimum of one year of Pharmacy Technician experience, preferably with mail order or closed-door pharmacy exposure.Strong proficiency in data entry with great attention to detail.Experience using Prime Rx pharmacy software is advantageous.Reliable work history without frequent job changes over the past year.Schedule:Variable shifts covering days and mid shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM.Includes two closing shifts weekly.This contract-to-hire opportunity spans approximately 8 to 13 weeks, providing a pathway to permanent employment based on performance and fit.If you meet these qualifications and seek a dynamic role where your expertise supports patient care and pharmacy excellence, apply today to advance your career in a challenging and rewarding setting.Compensation for this position ranges from $16.00 to $23.00.
