Pharmacy Manager Seymour, IN

Soliant is seeking an experienced and mission-driven Pharmacy Manager for a full-time, direct hire role at a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Seymour, IN. This position is ideal for a pharmacist passionate about expanding access to care, overseeing 340B compliance, and leading clinical and operational pharmacy services in an underserved community setting.

Position Details

• Reports To: Director of Pharmacy

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations across the organization
• Manage all pharmacy staff, policies, and procedures
• Prepare and verify prescription orders, ensuring accuracy and safety
• Oversee ordering of equipment, supplies, and inventory control
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and monitoring of prescription drugs and controlled substances
• Maintain accurate records for inventory, patient information, and insurance claims
• Address patient concerns and support a positive customer experience
• Hire, train, schedule, and develop pharmacy personnel
• Monitor pharmacy appearance, product displays, and workflow
• Develop and maintain the retail pharmacy; assist with opening a new pharmacy in Marion
• Provide telepharmacy support as needed
• Collaborate with executive leadership on department needs and strategic planning
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state laws, 340B program requirements, and organizational standards
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an ACPE-accredited program
• Active and clear Indiana Pharmacist license
• Certified immunizer
• 3 years of managerial pharmacy experience (preferred)
• Experience in a Community Health Center and/or 340B program administration (preferred)
