Pharmacy Manager in Whittier, CA

An opening is available for an Interim Pharmacy Manager to support a 50-bed Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) facility in the Los Angeles area. This contract assignment is expected to last approximately 8 to 12 weeks, with a Monday through Friday day shift schedule. The Pharmacy Manager will provide leadership for the pharmacy department, overseeing daily operations and managing a team of 8 employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise the daily functions of the pharmacy department
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and workflow efficiency
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support patient care goals
• Oversee medication distribution and inventory control

Qualifications And Experience

• Valid California Pharmacist license
• Previous supervisory or management experience in a hospital or healthcare pharmacy setting
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities
