Schedule
- 7 on/7 off rotation (Wednesday through Tuesday)
- Alternating Monday to Friday shifts, 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care and pharmacy services adhering to organizational policies
- Provide medication management to inpatient and outpatient departments
- Work rotational shifts including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Support career advancement from Staff Pharmacist to Advanced Practice Pharmacist with clinical and operational leadership responsibilities
- Manage specialized pharmacy clinics and analyze clinical services to maintain high-quality care
- Oversee clinic operations, including supervision of pharmacy staff such as pharmacists, technicians, assistants, and billers
- Pharmacist licensure valid in any U.S. state; no Arizona license required
- Clinical pharmacy experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and patient medication management
- Ability to work flexible shifts with a commitment to patient-centered care
