A retail pharmacy opportunity awaits in Rathdrum, ID, designed for an experienced Staff Pharmacist ready to make an impact in a community-focused setting. This contract-to-hire role begins as a full-time position for 13 weeks and transitions to 30 hours per week after February 24th.

Work Schedule

• 1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Rotating Saturdays, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Saturday shifts come with a weekday off Thursday or Friday)
  
  

You will play a vital role in a busy pharmacy handling a high volume of 300 to 400 prescriptions daily, supported by a team that includes 3 pharmacy technicians, 2 pharmacists, and 1 cashier. The pharmacy uses the Pioneer system to streamline workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify prescriptions ensuring accuracy and safety
• Provide patient counseling to promote medication adherence and health education
• Supervise pharmacy technicians to maintain workflow efficiency and high-level service

• Active and clear Idaho pharmacist license
