The position focuses on providing coverage on select dates while assisting with the upcoming launch of sterile compounding services. You will work within a small, dedicated team and collaborate closely with pharmacy operations leadership to ensure compliance and smooth workflow implementation.

Responsibilities
- Offer pharmacist coverage during operational hours as needed
- Provide regulatory oversight to maintain compliance with federal and state pharmacy laws
- Support the sterile compounding service launch through operational workflow assistance
- Review and update policies, procedures, and quality standards related to compounding
- Collaborate with the Director of Pharmacy Operations to ensure smooth pharmacy functioning
- Active Florida Pharmacist License required
- Experience in sterile or non-sterile compounding is highly preferred
- Background in pharmacy startups is a plus, but not mandatory
- Retail pharmacy experience considered
- Willingness and ability to train on compounding practices if needed
- Work onsite at a new pharmacy affiliated with a national telehealth pharmacy company
- Join a small, close-knit team with additional remote operational and clinical support
- Engage in the expansion of specialized pharmaceutical services including hormone therapies and potentially testosterone in the future
