- Dispense retail and specialty HIV/AIDS medications accurately and efficiently.
- Deliver high-level patient care, fostering trust and empathy with a sensitive patient population.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with healthcare providers and multidisciplinary teams.
- Identify and proactively address pharmacy operational needs to ensure seamless service.
- Adhere to scheduled shifts with reliability and punctuality.
- Monday through Thursday: 8:30 AM 5:30 PM
- Friday: 8:30 AM 12:30 PM
- No weekend shifts
- Specific coverage dates include August 28, September 8, 16, 17, and 23.
- Minimum 1-2 years of retail or specialty pharmacy experience with explicit exposure to HIV/AIDS drug dispensing experience must be clearly stated on resume.
- Proficiency with QS1 pharmacy software.
- Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and a non-judgmental approach toward the HIV/AIDS patient population.
- Strong communication skills with both patients and healthcare providers.
