Pediatrics Registered Nurse - Hialeah, Florida

A rewarding opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse with Pediatric expertise to provide critical care in multiple specialized units. This contract position offers the chance to work across various critical areas including Intermediate Care (IMCU), Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), and Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU). You will play a key role in delivering high-quality nursing care to some of the most vulnerable patients.

Schedule/Hours

• 3 days per week

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional nursing care across multiple critical care areas (IMCU, PICU, NICU, CVICU)
• Float between units as needed to ensure optimal patient coverage
• Collaborate closely with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Monitor patient condition and intervene appropriately to support recovery and health maintenance
• Document all nursing interventions and patient responses in compliance with healthcare regulations
  
  

Qualifications / Desired Experience

• Valid RN licensure with Pediatric specialization
• Experience in critical care units, particularly pediatric intensive and neonatal care
• Ability to adapt and deliver care across diverse critical care settings
• Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills
