Desired Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current or eligible state license as an SLP
- CCC-SLP or ready to enter Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Recent experience in pediatrics, schools, or healthcare settings
- Proficiency in providing teletherapy services (preferred but not required)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Dedication to developing individualized treatment plans
- Assess students to identify speech, language, and communication difficulties
- Develop and implement effective IEP goals in partnership with educational staff and families
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language services individually and in group settings
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed, maintaining thorough documentation
- Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings and parent conferences
- Promote an inclusive, empowering environment to maximize student success
- Stay current with best practices for school-based and pediatric populations
