- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders for elementary-aged students.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers, parents, and other professionals.
- Deliver therapy services on-site, ensuring compliance with educational standards and best practices.
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly.
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate regularly with families and school staff.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP - CCC) required.
- Experience working in school settings (SLP - School) highly preferred.
- Familiarity with pediatric speech and language development (SLP - Pediatrics).
- Completion or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP - CFY) recognized.
- Ability to manage a caseload focused on elementary students.
- Strong communication and collaborative skills within multidisciplinary teams.
