This position offers a unique opportunity for a certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide comprehensive services in both elementary and preschool settings. Located in Statesville, NC, the role spans the current school year on a contract basis, with an immediate start and a commitment through the end of the school year. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct speech-language pathology services and support across two school sites: elementary and preschool.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of student speech and language abilities.
• Participate actively in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to develop and review student goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation in ECATS and Medicaid systems to ensure compliance and continuity of care.
  
  

Qualifications And Experience

• Current certification with the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
• Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred.
• Proven experience or strong interest in pediatrics and school-based speech-language pathology.
• Ability to work onsite and maintain a 40-hour workweek.
