Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
- Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology in Arkansas (or eligibility to obtain)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; open to Clinical Fellows (CFY)
- Background in pediatric, school-based, and/or teletherapy services
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to design individualized plans and integrate with multidisciplinary teams
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in accordance with school guidelines
- Utilize both in-person and teletherapy modalities to deliver services
- Collaborate regularly with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to student case management
