Qualifications & Desired Experience
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Current SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or eligibility for clinical fellowship year
- State licensure for Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility)
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings is a plus
- Strong knowledge of IEP processes and collaboration with educational teams
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students with diverse needs, ages, and grade levels
- Conduct assessments, interpret results, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school professionals to support student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings, document progress, and contribute toward comprehensive student care
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to school and ethical guidelines
