Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Pittsford, New York

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available within a supportive school district serving middle and high school students in Pittsford, NY. This contract position offers the chance to work in a dynamic educational environment dedicated to student growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in middle and high school students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers, parents, and other professionals
• Monitor student progress and adapt therapy techniques to meet evolving needs
• Maintain compliance with school district policies and state regulations
• Provide consultation and support to educators to facilitate communication access
  
  

Qualifications And Experience

• Valid SLP credentials appropriate for school settings
• Experience supporting pediatric populations in schools and healthcare environments
• Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
