Qualifications And Experience
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid Minnesota SLP license (or eligible)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates, or Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) with relevant school experience considered
- Previous experience with pediatric or school-based caseloads preferred
- Strong knowledge of IEP development, progress monitoring, and special education procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment
- Manage a caseload of approximately 60 students across a range of ages and communication needs
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and write/implement IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers to support student success
- Provide direct therapy, consultation, and advocacy for students’ speech and language development
- Maintain accurate documentation and regular progress reports
