Occupational Therapist School Setting - West Chester, PA

A contract opportunity is available for a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide specialized services in a school setting in West Chester, PA. This role focuses on supporting students transitioning from multidisciplinary settings (MDS) and requires approximately 4.5 hours of service per week at one school site. The assignment begins as soon as possible and continues through the end of the school year.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy services tailored to students undergoing MDS transitions.
• Collaborate with educators and school staff to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and implement therapy goals.
• Monitor student progress and document therapeutic interventions accurately.
• Adapt interventions to support the unique needs of each student.
• Participate in team meetings and communicate effectively with parents and staff.
