Key Responsibilities
- Deliver direct occupational therapy interventions to students in grades K-8
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy goals accordingly
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and compliance with school and district guidelines
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student success
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) credential required
- Experience providing occupational therapy in a school or educational setting preferred
- Knowledge of K-8 developmental milestones and therapeutic strategies
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with school personnel and families
- Ability to manage a caseload effectively and organize documentation accurately
