Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current state licensure (or eligibility to obtain prior to start date)
- Prior experience in a school setting preferred, but strong clinical backgrounds considered
- Ability to develop and implement IEPs and participate in multidisciplinary meetings
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Passion for working with children and diverse student populations
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with different needs
- Provide direct therapy services and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with educators and families to integrate therapy goals into the classroom
- Maintain documentation in compliance with school and district guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based approaches for student support
