Key Responsibilities
- Deliver occupational therapy services to a caseload of approximately 45 students in grades K-8.
- Provide direct therapy to 10 students, tailoring interventions to individual needs.
- Conduct consultative services on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis as required for additional students.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to integrate therapeutic strategies into the classroom setting.
- Maintain accurate documentation and therapy records in compliance with school policies and regulations.
- Participate in team meetings and individualized education program (IEP) planning sessions.
- Licensed Occupational Therapist with valid state credentials.
- Experience working in school-based settings preferred, especially with elementary and middle school populations.
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload involving both direct and consultative therapy.
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with educators and family members.
- Commitment to supporting student development in academic and functional performance.
