Occupational Therapist School Setting in Monticello, MN

A contract opportunity is available for an Occupational Therapist specializing in early intervention to provide Extended School Year (ESY) services. This role focuses on serving children from birth to 2 years old, delivering essential therapeutic support during the summer months.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and provide services in home and daycare settings
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to infants and toddlers
• Monitor progress and collaborate with families and caregivers to support developmental goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with the educational team
  
  

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with school-based experience
• Expertise in early childhood intervention, specifically for birth to 2-year age group
• Ability to provide services in various settings, including home and daycare environments

• Monticello, MN area, with services provided directly in clients' homes and daycares
  
  

Schedule

• Contract position starting June 8th
• Approximately 25 hours per week, with the exact schedule to be confirmed closer to summer
