Occupational Therapist School Setting in Lynnwood, WA

A full-time Occupational Therapist position is available in a school setting located in Lynnwood, WA, serving a district-wide caseload of students aged 3 to 22. This contract role is onsite only and offers an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive team, including a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant who has been part of the team for two years. The assignment starts as soon as possible and extends through June 12, 2026, with a potential to continue into the 2026-2027 school year.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to approximately 70 students across the district, focusing on individual needs to support their educational goals.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other service providers to create and implement effective intervention plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all regulatory requirements.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement of therapy services.
  
  

Qualifications

• Valid Washington State Occupational Therapy License is required.
• Experience in school-based occupational therapy is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work full-time (37.5 hours per week) onsite.
• Strong communication and organizational skills to manage a multifaceted caseload successfully.
