Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy evaluations, interventions, and consultative services to K-12 students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy goals as necessary to promote functional outcomes in academic and daily living skills
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
- Current, active Washington state Occupational Therapy license
- Experience working in school-based settings preferred
- Ability to engage children and young adults across a broad grade spectrum (K-12)
- Must be an Occupational Therapist (OT); candidates who are Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA) or using telehealth services will not be considered
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to foster collaboration with school staff and families
