Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) – Olympia, WA Area

We are seeking a compassionate and collaborative Occupational Therapist to join a supportive school team in the Olympia, WA area. This position focuses on helping students develop the functional and academic skills needed to succeed in the classroom and daily school activities.  The job is full time for upcoming 2026-27 school year and we're currently scheduling interviews for interested OT's.

Responsibilities:

Provide occupational therapy services to students in a school setting
Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and special education staff
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
Support students with fine motor, sensory, and self-help skill development

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
Active Washington OT license and ESA cert. required
School-based or pediatric experience preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
