Schedule/Hours
- 4x10-hour shifts per week
- Tuesday through Friday, days
- Recent hands-on experience with GE Discovery IQ imaging equipment
- GE equipment proficiency required
- Dual certification required:
- NMTCB or ARRT(N)
- AND either ARRT(R), ARRT(CT), or NMTCB(CT)
- Must hold current New York State licenses in both Nuclear Medicine and Radiology
- Solid understanding of nuclear medicine protocols, PET/CT procedures, and quality assurance standards
- Strong attention to detail and ability to collaborate closely with radiologists and medical staff
- Operate GE Discovery IQ PET/CT and nuclear medicine equipment for quality imaging
- Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals for diagnostic procedures, adhering to safety protocols
- Acquire, process, and deliver accurate diagnostic images as ordered by physicians
- Monitor patients during imaging procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety
- Document, review, and communicate imaging results in accordance with healthcare regulations
- Support daily quality assurance, equipment calibration, and maintenance protocols
- Maintain strict compliance with safety and privacy standards
