Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Connecticut SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- ASHA CCCs preferred, but CFs are welcome to apply
- Experience working with pediatric populations (school-based experience preferred)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of IEP processes and special education regulations
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and assist with goal development
- Maintain accurate documentation and track student progress
- Provide families with resources and support strategies
