Schedule
- 12-hour shifts, Fridays through Sundays: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
- Required on-call: 8 shifts per month, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- 30-minute response time for call assignments
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience as an MRI technologist
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- ARRT (R) and ARRT (MR) credentials
- Valid California Radiologic Technologist license
- Ability to meet call response times and flexible to cover scheduled weekends
- ARRT (CT) and California Fluoroscopy permit
- Previous experience with GE Short bore 24x MRI systems
- Familiarity with hospital-based cross-sectional imaging protocols
- Operate MRI and CT equipment for accurate diagnostic imaging in a hospital setting
- Prepare and position patients, following safety and comfort protocols
- Collaborate with radiologists and nurses to ensure high-quality patient care
- Respond efficiently to on-call requirements and urgent imaging needs
- Maintain and troubleshoot imaging equipment as needed
- Complete documentation and follow HIPAA and facility compliance protocols
