- Modify tasks or environmental factors to accommodate individual student needs
- Conduct diagnostic and evaluation testing as necessary to assess student capabilities
- Prepare clear, comprehensive reports based on assessments and observations
- Develop and update Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and accommodations
- Collaborate closely with parents, teachers, and other professionals to monitor student progress and devise effective support strategies
- Possess or be eligible for an Illinois state license in Occupational Therapy
